New Issue: Placentia-Yorba Linda USD, Calif., prices $64.48 million of G.O. bonds

New York, May 29 – The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District of California priced $64,475,000 of series 2015 general obligation refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa3/AA-/) were sold through Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. LLC.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2032 with 4% to 5% coupons with 0.25% to 3.39% yields.

Proceeds will be used to advance refund district’s series 2008A G.O. bonds.
