New Issue: GS Finance prices $435,000 trigger notes linked to Pioneer Natural Resources

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 6 – GS Finance Corp. priced $435,000 of 0% trigger notes due Aug. 12, 2020 linked to the common stock of Pioneer Natural Resources Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final share price is greater than or equal to 64% of the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines from its initial share price.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
