Phoenix Services: Two added to official unsecured creditors committee

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 19 – Phoenix Services LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was amended by Regions 3 and 9 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Two members were added – Christopher Cebula for Cleveland-Cliffs Steel LLC, based in West Chester, Ohio, and David A. Orme for C&B Marine, based in Covington, Ky.

The five original members remain. They are Karen Ferris for Boyd Co., based in Louisville, Ky., Andrew Rundle for Alta Construction Equipment Illinois, LLC, based in Livonia, Mich., Chris DiGiorgio for Tredroc Tire Services LLC, based in Elk Grove Village, Ill., Jamie Ramsey for Cintas Corp., based in Mason, Ohio, and Thomas M. Bernstein for Midwest Operating Engineers Pension Trust Fund, based in Countryside, Ill.

Radnor, Pa.-based Phoenix Services is a provider of outsourced slag handling, metal reclamation and complementary services to steel mill customers. The company filed bankruptcy on Sept. 27 under Chapter 11 case number 22-10906.
