Austin, El Coronado Holdings buy 763,946 shares of Pharmacopeia

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 14 - Pharmacopeia, Inc. investors Josiah T. Austin and El Coronado Holdings, LLC purchased 763,946 shares between June 26 and Aug. 8 for a total of $2,314,136 or an average per share price of $3.0291.

The transactions were reported in a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

According to the filing, Austin may discuss with management and other investors steps that Pharmacopeia may take to enhance shareholder value.

Austin beneficially owns 3,616,792 shares, or 12.16%, of the Cranbury, N.J., biopharmaceutical company.
