ArrowShares Global Yield ETF registers units

San Diego, Nov. 1 - Northern Lights ETF Trust has registered units of its ArrowShares Global Yield ETF in an N-1A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund seeks investment results that generally correspond, before fees and expenses, to the price and yield performance of the Global Yield index.

No details were given in the filing for the new fund. Fees have not yet been set.

The investment adviser to the fund will be Olney, Md.-based Arrow Investment Advisors, LLC. The portfolio manager will be chief investment officer William E. Flaig Jr.
