Arkle defeases €1.07 billion, £1.2 billion of notes due 2052

Minneapolis, March 8 - Arkle Master Issuer plc defeased €1,068,000,000 and £1,204,600,000 of its series 2006-1 residential mortgage-backed notes, according to a notice.

The following notes, which are due Feb. 17, 2052, will be redeemed on May 17:

• €821 million of series 5 class A1 notes;

• £1.05 billion of series 5 class A2 notes;

• €127 million of series 5 class B1 notes;

• £29 million of series 5 class B2 notes;

• €20 million of series 5 class M1 notes;

• £76.6 million of series 5 class M2 notes;

• €100 million of series 5 class C1 notes; and

• £49 million of series 5 class C1 notes.
