By Toni Weeks

San Diego, Oct. 18 - Old Mutual Funds II's board of trustees approved agreements and plans of reorganization on Oct. 17 on behalf of 10 of the company's funds, according to a 497 supplement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
