S&P upgrades Nvidia to AA-

S&P said it upgraded Nvidia Corp. by one notch to AA- from A+, reflecting its full-stack solution across silicon, systems, and software, which S&P believes creates significant barrier to entry and serves as a major competitive advantage over the intermediate term.

S&P also raised all issue-level ratings on the company’s outstanding debt to AA-.

The outlook is stable.

“Since our upgrade a year ago, Nvidia Corp. has consistently surpassed our forecast as it benefits from the generative artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure buildout. We expect strong growth to continue over the next two years given massive demand and its significant lead over competitors,” S&P said in a news release.
