Knoxville, Tenn., June 3 - NuZee, Inc. concluded a $489,866 private placement of stock on May 28, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 2,226,665 common shares at $0.22 per share.

The private company is based in San Diego.
