Numbeer to conduct a private placement of equity, hires agent for deal
Company negotiates financing agreement with Garden State Securities

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 6 - Numbeer, Inc. engaged Garden State Securities, Inc. as its agent for a private placement of equity or convertible debt on Aug. 1, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The agreement will expire on Oct. 30, 2013.
The Fort Worth, Texas, company has developed a beer control system. By programming selling price, pour size and beer cost, Numbeer's software will keep track of inventory, sales and generate variance reports.
