NT Mining announces plans to conduct $2.5 million private placement

Knoxville, Tenn., May 17 - NT Mining Corp. said it has completed the initial stage of a $2.5 million private placement.

Proceeds will be used for general working capital, to complete the company's corporate audit and to update its required filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission and OTC Markets to achieve a current standing.

Based in Las Vegas, NT Mining mines for gold.
