NSP appoints receiver/manager to its subsidiary, Naturale Sciences Pharma

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 2 - NSP Pharma Corp. appointed Schwartz Levitsky Feldman Inc. as receiver and manager of its wholly owned subsidiary, Naturale Sciences Pharma Inc. (NSPI), as part of a general security agreement between the two companies.

The appointment was made as part of the security for the payment and satisfaction of any and all obligations, debt and liabilities of NSPI to NSP, according to a news release.

NSP claims that under the agreement, the approximate amount due is C$7.5 million.

Toronto-based NSP develops anti-aging skincare products.
