New York, July 11 - Northwest Resources Ltd. has negotiated a private placement for up to A$2 million.
The offering includes up to 10 million shares at a price based upon the one-month volume weighted average price of A$0.2037.
The company may issue up to 5 million of the shares and the remainder will be issued upon shareholder approval.
Proceeds from the deal will be used to accelerate exploration and development on the Blue Spec Shear gold project.
Based in Darling Point, New South Wales, Australia, Northwest is a gold exploration company.
