New York, Nov. 28 - Northern Peru Copper Corp. said it plans to raise C$3,097,500 in a private placement.
The offering includes 2,065,000 shares at C$1.50 each.
The deal is being placed through a syndicate of agents led by Westwind Partners Inc. and including Canaccord Capital Corp.
Proceeds will be used for exploration on the company's Galeno property in Peru and for general corporate purposes.
Vancouver, B.C.-based Northern Peru is a copper exploration company.
