Philadelphia, Nov. 11 - Northern Peru Copper Corp. said it arranged a private placement for up to C$3.1 million.
The deal includes up to 2 million shares at C$1.55 each.
Westwind Partners Inc. is the placement agent.
Proceeds will be used for continuing exploration of the company's Galeno property in northern Peru and for general corporate purposes.
Based in Vancouver, B.C., Northern Peru Copper is a mining company focused on advancing and developing the Galeno copper and gold and Pashpap copper and loybdenum properties located in Northern Peru.
