New York, Sept. 12 - Northern Ethanol, Inc. concluded a $4,271,500 private placement.

The company sold 4,271,500 shares to 49 investors. Only two of the investors were residents of the United States.

Located in Toronto, Northern Ethanol produces fuel ethanol.
