New Issue: Northern Continental prices C$1 million units sale

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 3 - Northern Continental Resources Inc. said it will sell C$1 million of units in a non-brokered private placement.

The company will sell 10 million units at C$0.10 each.

The units consist of one flow-through common share and one half-share warrant, with each whole two-year warrant exercisable at C$0.15.

Proceeds will be used for exploration.

Northern Continental is a mineral exploration company based in Vancouver, B.C.
