Norman Cay to conduct $10 million private placement of debt or equity
Agent Source Capital Group will assist with company's private offering

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 21 - Norman Cay Development, Inc. agreed to conduct a $10 million private placement of debt or equity with agent Source Capital Group, Inc. on Feb. 14, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Norman Cay is a Stevensville, Mich.-based private reseller of wireless telephones and service plans.
