Norex cancels C$15 million unit offering, acquisition of South American Exploration

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 21 - Norex Exploration Services Inc. announced that it has canceled a previously announced C$15,000,300 private placement of units. The deal was announced Sept. 7.

The cancellation is a result of the company's decision not to acquire South American Exploration LLC.

Calgary, Alta.-based Norex provides two-dimensional and three-dimensional seismic data services to the mineral exploration sector.
