New York, Dec. 22 - Neutron Enterprises, Inc. sealed a $3.1 million tranche of its ongoing $8 million private placement, bringing the total proceeds raised so far to $4.3 million.
The company most recently issued 1.55 million units at $2.00 apiece. In total, the company has sold 2.15 million units.
The units consist of one share and one half-share warrant with each whole warrant exercisable at $2.50 for two years.
The company plans to sell a total of 4 million units in the offering for total proceeds of $8 million. The offering is ongoing.
Based in Montreal, Neutron develops automatic point-of-sale technologies.
