Neuroscience receives $50 million intent to purchase

Charlotte, N.C., June 27 - Neuroscience Therapy Corp. said it has received a signed intent-to-purchase tender offer for $50 million.
The company expects to close the transaction within 10 days.
Las Vegas-based Neuroscience specializes in pain relief products.
