Natixis Diversified Income Fund adds managers Kan, Kearns, Murphy

Minneapolis, April 9 - Natixis Funds Trust I announced that Elaine Kan, Kevin Kearns and Maura Murphy have joined the portfolio management team of the Natixis Diversified Income Fund, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Effective April 23, the three will replace John Hyll and Clifton V. Rowe.

Kan, vice president and rate and currency strategist for the fixed-income group of Loomis Sayles, began her investment career in 1997 and joined Loomis Sayles in 2011. Previously, she was a portfolio analyst at Convexity Capital Management.

Kearns, vice president of Loomis Sayles, began his investment career in 1986 and joined Loomis Sayles in 2007. Before joining Loomis Sayles, he was the director of derivatives, quantitative analysis and risk management at Boldwater Capital Management.

Murphy, vice president of Loomis Sayles, began her investment career in 2003 upon joining Loomis Sayles as a quantitative analyst.

The fund's investment adviser is Boston-based Natixis Advisors. Loomis Sayles is its sub-adviser.
