Millenco reduces stake in National Medical Health Card Systems

Charlotte, N.C., Feb. 29 - Millenco LLC reported the sale of 272,025 shares of National Medical Health Card Systems, Inc. in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The shares were priced from $9.02 to $10.60 and sold between Jan. 17 and Feb. 28.

Millenco and its affiliates beneficially own 268,432 shares, or 4.8%, of the Port Washington, N.Y., pharmacy benefits management services company.

On Feb. 26, the company announced it agreed to be acquired by SXC Health Solutions Corp. in a stock and cash deal valued at approximately $143 million.

National Medical Health Card Systems stockholders will receive $7.70 in cash and 0.217 shares of SXC common stock per share.
