National Medical Health Card investor increases stake in company to 7%

Charlotte, N.C., March 5 - National Medical Health Card Systems Inc. investor Millenco LLC, managed by Millennium Management LLC, purchased 59,009 shares of the company's stock from Feb. 26 though March 2 priced from $13.00 to $14.47, or an average price of $13.85 per share.

In addition, the investor bought 239,900 shares from Jan. 8 through Feb. 16 priced between $12.15 and $13.75, according to an amended schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Millenco beneficially owns 381,532 shares, or about 7% of the outstanding shares of the company's common stock.

The Port Washington, N.Y., pharmacy benefits management services company's stock (Nasdaq: NMHC) closed at $14.30 on March 5.
