Loeb Partners-led investors buy 5.15% stake in National Atlantic Holdings

Charlotte, N.C., Feb. 27 - National Atlantic Holdings Corp. investors led by Loeb Partners Corp. purchased 575,040 shares of the company's outstanding common stock between Jan. 12 and Feb. 26, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The shares of the reporting persons constitute a 5.15% stake in the Freehold, N.J., property and casualty insurance company.
