New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.15 million review notes linked to Dow, Nasdaq, Russell
New York, April 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.15 million of 0% review notes due April 29, 2027 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically at a premium of 13.25% per year if the worst performing index closes at or above its initial value on any semiannual review date starting May 1, 2025.
If the worst performing index ends at or above its 70% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
