New Issue: TD Bank prices $400,000 digital barrier notes linked to Nasdaq, Russell, S&P

Tacoma, Wash., April 30 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $400,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due July 22, 2026 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final level of the least performing index is greater than or equal to its barrier level, 70% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 30.1%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least performing index declines from its initial level.
