Knoxville, Tenn., April 23 - Naked Brand Group Inc. settled a $523,250 private placement of stock on April 19, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 2,093,000 common shares at $0.25 per share, a 78.99% discount to the April 18 closing price of $1.19.
The undergarment manufacturer for men is based in Abbotsford, B.C.
