Lydall investor sells 130,438 shares, keeps 4.6% ownership interest

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 14 - Lydall, Inc. shareholder Anita G. Zucker, as trustee of the Jerry Zucker Revocable Trust, sold 130,328 shares of the company's stock on Aug. 12 priced from $5.50 to $5.53 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Zucker beneficially owns 768,861 shares, or 4.6%, of the Manchester, Conn.-based company's outstanding stock.

Lydall designs and manufactures specialty engineered products for the thermal/acoustical, filtration/separation and biopharmaceutical markets.
