Los Angeles Unified School District to sell $650 million TRANs June 12

New York, May 29 - The Los Angeles Unified School District plans to price $650 million of series 2012-13A tax and revenue anticipation notes on June 12, according to a preliminary official statement.
The notes will be sold competitively with KNN Public Finance as the financial adviser.
The notes are due Feb. 28, 2013.
Proceeds will be used to finance the general capital needs of the school district ahead of the collection of certain taxes and revenues.
