Moody's gives MIG1 to Los Angeles school district TRANs

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a MIG1 rating to the Los Angeles Unified School District's $500 million 2008-09 tax and revenue anticipation notes.

The expected sale date is July 24. The notes are being issued to fund the district's mid-year cash flow needs.
