Loral Space & Communications shareholder reports 60.9% stake

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 4 - Loral Space & Communications Inc. investors led by MHR Advisors LLC bought 12,761 shares of the company's stock on Dec. 3 for $8.5373 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On Nov. 21, MHR Advisors purchased 761,950 shares for $7.75 each, a prior SEC filing said.

The investors beneficially own a total of 19.2 million shares, or 60.9%, of the New York satellite communications company.
