MLF sells shares of La-Z-Boy

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 17 - MLF Investments, LLC sold 700,000 shares of La-Z-Boy Inc. stock on Aug. 16 priced from $8.39 to $8.41 each.

The investor owns 3,652,218 shares, or 7.1%, of the Monroe, Mich.-based furniture manufacturer's stock.

In a March 29 SEC filing, MLF reported the purchase of 603,743 shares of the company's stock between Feb. 14 and March 29 priced from $12.55 to $14.43 each, which brought the investor's stake in La-Z-Boy to 7.0%.
