Moody’s revises Ladder to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed Ba2 corporate family rating of Ladder Capital Corp. and the Ba3 senior unsecured rating of Ladder Capital Finance Holdings LLLP and revised the outlooks to positive from stable.

Moody's said it revised the outlook to positive on the expectation that Ladder will continue to effectively manage its capital profile as its adapts its conduit lending activity to risk retention rules required under Dodd-Frank legislation, while also continuing to diversify funding and improve liquidity.
