Portland, Ore., Oct. 16 – Klovern AB priced an upsized SEK 500 million add-on to its Stibor plus 600 basis points perpetual hybrid bonds at par, according to a Tuesday press release.
The issue size was increased from SEK 250 million.
Nordea and Swedbank were the bookrunners.
The issuer is a real estate company based in Sweden.
