S&P: Khanty-Mansiysk up to stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on the Russian region of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug to stable from negative.

At the same time, the BBB- long-term issuer credit rating and ruAAA Russian national-scale rating on Khanty-Mansiysk were affirmed, the agency said.

"The outlook revision reflects its view that Khanty-Mansiysk's new management's draft budget for 2011-2013 supports the continuity of cautious budgetary and debt policies," said S&P credit analyst Karen Vartapetov.
