Fitch gives KeySpan notes A-

Fitch Ratings said it gave an A- rating to KeySpan Gas East Corp.'s (KGE) issuance of 10-year senior unsecured notes.

The agency most recently reviewed KGE’s A- senior unsecured rating on Oct. 20.

KGE will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
