Moody's rates Ky. mortgage bonds Aaa

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a rating of Aaa to the Kentucky Housing Corporation's $14.23 million 2008 series C (Non-AMT) and $35.77 million 2008 series D (AMT) housing revenue bonds.

The expected sale date is June 17.

Proceeds will finance single family mortgage loans directly and by refunding certain obligations of the corporation, thereby making funds available.
