New York, Nov. 14 - Keep Memory Alive of Ohio sold $68.6 million of series 2013 taxable variable-rate demand bonds, according to an official statement.
The bonds (/A/A-1/) were sold through PNC Capital Markets LLC.
The bonds are due 2037 and bear interest initially at the weekly rate.
Proceeds will be used to refund the institute's series 2007A bonds.
Keep Memory Alive is a foundation associated with the Cleveland Clinic that conducts research on Alzheimer 's disease.
