JPMorgan replaces portfolio managers for three funds

San Diego, Oct. 21 - JPMorgan Trust II has replaced the portfolio managers for three of its funds, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The affected funds are the JPMorgan Large Cap Value Fund, the JPMorgan Large Cap Value Plus Fund and the JPMorgan Value Opportunities Fund.

The funds' manager is New York-based J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc.

The new portfolio managers for the three funds are Alan Gutmann and Aryeh Glatter.

Gutman is an executive director and has worked as a portfolio manager with JPMIM or one of its affiliates since 2003, when he joined the firm. Glatter has been a portfolio manager on the Large Cap Value team since 2011, when he joined the firm. Prior to that he was a portfolio manager at Alliance Bernstein, where he managed large cap equities from 2000 to 2009.
