New York, April 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.78 million of 0% uncapped digital barrier notes due April 15, 2030 linked to the S&P 500 Futures Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 70% barrier, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 47%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
