New Issue: JPMorgan sells $433,000 uncapped buffered return enhanced notes on S&P indexes

Chicago, April 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $433,000 of 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Jan. 29, 2029 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 Equal Weight index, S&P 500 Growth index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 159.25% of the return of the worst performing index. The payout will be par if the worst performing index declines but by no more than the 20% buffer. Investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
