New Issue: JPMorgan prices $6.94 million review notes linked to Stoxx, Russell

New York, April 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.94 million of 0% review notes due April 19, 2029 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically at a premium of 10.75% per year if the worst performing index closes at or above its initial value on any quarterly review date.

If the notes are not called and the worst performing index ends at or above its 75% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
