Japan Bank for International Cooperation to price guaranteed bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 8 – Japan Bank for International Cooperation is planning to sell dollar-denominated guaranteed bonds, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Japan and are non-callable.
Barclays, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Daiwa Capital Markets Europe and Nomura Securities International Inc. are the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used for the bank’s ordinary operations.
The financial institution is based in Tokyo.
