Mongolian Mortgage totals March buy backs of 11½% notes

Lexington, Ky., April 26 – Mongolian Mortgage Corp. HFC LLC repurchased a total of $22,312,000 of the $225 million 11½% senior notes due 2027 (ISINs: XS2744912051, XS2744911756) issued on Jan. 18 and guaranteed by MIK Holding JSC, according to a notice.
The notes were bought back in on-market repurchases on March 1.
The average price was $985 per $1,000 in principal amount.
Settlement and cancellation were completed on April 24.
Following cancellation, the total outstanding principal amount outstanding is $202,688,000.
The notes are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.
Based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, the company issues mortgage-backed securities and is a subsidiary of Mongolian Mortgage Corp. Holdings JSC.
