Citigroup calls C$56.78 million 5.16% fixed-to-floaters due 2027

Los Angeles, April 24 – Citigroup Inc. will redeem in whole the outstanding C$56,782,000 of its 5.16% fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes due 2027 (ISIN: CA172967EB37), according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed on May 24 at par plus accrued interest.

Citigroup originally priced C$500 million of the 2027 notes.

Citibank, NA is the paying agent.

The bank is based in New York.
