Golden Entertainment redeems all 7 5/8% senior notes due 2026

Columbus, Ohio, April 16 – Golden Entertainment Inc. redeemed and fully repaid all of its 7 5/8% senior notes due April 15, 2026 on Monday, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company’s payment to the trustee totaled $287 million, which included principal and interest.

Golden Entertainment is a Las Vegas-based owner and operator of a diversified entertainment platform.
