Wing Tai to redeem S$150 million 4.48% perpetual securities

Lexington, Ky., April 8 – Singapore’s Wing Tai Holdings Ltd. will redeem S$150 million 4.48% senior perpetual capital securities on May 24, according to a company notice.

The securities were issued in 2019 under an agreement between the company, DBS Bank Ltd., as principal paying agent, the registrar, the transfer agent and the calculation agent and DBS Trustee Ltd., as trustee company.

Wing Tai Holdings is a property developer and lifestyle company.
