Cinemark unit to redeem 8¾% secured notes due 2025 on May 1

Lexington, Ky., April 2 – Cinemark Holdings, Inc.’s wholly-owned subsidiary Cinemark USA, Inc. will redeem in full its outstanding $150 million of 8¾%% senior secured notes due 2025 (Cusips: 172441BC0, U17176AJ4) at par on the optional redemption date of May 1, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Accrued interest will also be paid.

Following the redemption, no notes will remain outstanding.

Cinemark is a Plano, Tex.-based motion picture exhibitor.
