Intralot calls remaining €99,568,000 5¼% senior notes due 2024

Buffalo, N.Y., March 28 – Intralot Capital Luxembourg SA will redeem the remaining €99,568,000 of its €500 million 5¼% senior notes due Sept. 15, 2024 (ISIN: XS1685702794) on April 9, according to a company notice on Thursday.

The redemption price will be par plus €3.5 of accrued interest per €1,000 principal amount.

The record date is April 8.

Citibank, NA, London Branch is the paying agent.

The issuer is a Luxembourg-based subsidiary of the Greek lottery company Intralot, SA.
